Value for Money Shipping Time Customer Service Ease of Order So far so good; I can't imagine the product being any better (not yet installed) This is a beautiful natural stone and should be gauged for floor installs; this looks as good as anything in the showrooms I've seen. Their ordering process was very quick and easy and customer service was friendly; arrived quickly; way ahead of installation!
It is heavy and awkward; my pallet was on one skid but it weighted 2000 lbs! The truck driver was a little unhappy about taking extra time to back in his truck and get it where we needed it unloaded; make sure you or someone capable is there to receive this! (Posted on 1/28/15)
